Villa 16 is a semi-detached cottage situated in the heart of Carleton Village, a gated development overlooking the sea in the heritage town of Youghal in east Cork and can sleep six people. There is a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a balcony, a double bedroom (bed accessed from one side only), a ground floor twin bedroom, a ground floor bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is ample off road parking on a first come, first served basis, a patio with furniture, shared gardens across the development, a children’s playground, a walled garden with shared, heated children’s pool and assorted outdoor games and a basketball and tennis court.
